Joined Bostonair in 2010 as Finance Director. A Chartered Accountant having previously worked in Audit & Investigations, Industrial Services, Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Educated at London University and Manchester and Harvard Business School’s.

Kevin Ellis

Group Commercial Director

Commercial Manager since 2011 and Group Commercial Director since March 2016, having previously been employed as a Production Manager at BAE Systems and as the Business Development Manager at Robin Hood Airport – Doncaster/Sheffield.

Andrew Parker

Director of Aviation

Andrew Parker joined Bostonair in January 2018 as Aviation Director. Andrew was educated at University of Portsmouth and has 20 years experience in Aviation spanning two airlines. He previously spent the last 7 years as Head of Operations with Monarch Airlines ensuring a safe and efficient operational delivery.

Glenn Hewson

Operations Manager

Joined Bostonair in 2000 having previously worked for over 20 years working in the Aviation Industry at BAE Systems followed by time at various Line & Base Maintenance stations in the UK and Europe. Glenn has been instrumental in the significant growth of the Bostonair Group being at the forefront of all the company expansions.

Holger Behn

European Relationship Manager

Joined Bostonair in 2015 with over 25 years experience in aircraft maintenance. Worked as Maintenance and Planning Manager for Lufthansa Technik and subsidiary companies, Project manager for new start up maintenance for Lufthansa Technik around the world. Part 66 license holder, A320 Fam, B737 Fam, A340 and B747-400 B2, B1 and CAT C & EASA/LBA Examiner.

Jeff Rice

Quality & Safety Manager

Quality Manager since 2010, A Part 66 B1/C licensed engineer with over 35 years Fixed and Rotary wing experience. Held senior managerial positions with Part 145/Part M/Part 147 organisations for the past 25 years in a mix of helicopter and fixed wing organisations.Currently EASA Form 4 holder as Part 145/147 QA Manager for Bostonair, Isenburg Engineering (145 QAM) and Continuing Airworthiness Manager/ARC Signatory for AOC operation.

Tom Anderton BA (Hons) Marketing

Group Marketing Manager

Tom Anderton joined Bostonair in March 2016 as Group Marketing Manager. Tom has over 16 years in experience in Marketing in sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Renewables, Aviation and Plumbing & Heating. Has 12 years’ experience in B2B Marketing. Educated at Lincoln University.

Jochen Harms

General Manager GmbH

Joined in 2015 with more than 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Started as an apprentice structure mechanic at AIRBUS Industry, followed by several years working within the A300 production line. After moving from AIRBUS to Lufthansa, he was working as an structure engineer, system engineer (B757 / B767), Fleet Manager (Condor Flugdienst GmbH), Sales Manager, General Manager (ASIA) within Lufthansa Group and their subsidiary companies.

Gordon Fyfe

Maintenance Manager

After initially joining Bostonair in 2007 as a B1 LAE, Gordon took over the role as Maintenance Manager for Bostonair Part 145 in 2017, with over 35 years in the industry encompassing both line and base activities on military, commercial and cargo a/c, holding an EASA Part 66 B1 license and FAA A&P license with several type ratings.
