Aircraft Fuel Tank Safety Training Online


Fuel Tank Safety course to satisfy the requirements of EASA ED 2009/007/A and FAA AC 120-97A of March 2009. The course will provide students with an overview of fuel system safety considerations. Including: Historical incidents, ignition prevention, theoretical background and practical considerations.

This course can be taken as Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1 or Phase 1&2 combined course.

FTS Phase 1 & 2

Objectives:

To equip students in their everyday tasks to account for the challenges posed by the Fuel Tank System Safety issues, thereby ensuring the continued airworthiness of affected aircraft and maintain safety standards in the industry.

Phase Two is for:
Personnel of the Part 145 approved maintenance required to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and certify the maintenance of aircraft and its fuel system components”
