VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Join a global aviation company as an Administration Apprentice. With teams across many parts of the world, Bostonair provides recruitment, line maintenance and technical training services to the aviation industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and support our Administration team, based at our head office in Beverley.

You will gain valuable administration experience across our Aviation division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office duties such as answering the door, welcoming visitors and making drinks, taking and signing for deliveries, dealing with outgoing post – franking, taking to post office.
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Organising courier services
  • Online processing of CV’s, documents and updating Profile database accordingly for Aviation and Energy
  • Invoicing
  • Assist Admin/recruitment team with ad hoc duties
  • Compliance and verification of certificates
  • Assisting in processing security clearance forms as per instruction from supervisor
  • Processing contractor holiday requests and expenses
  • Liaising with IT and telephone supplier
  • Weekly stock check and management of stationary
  • Ensuring that kitchen supplies are full stocked e.g., milk, team, coffee & water orders
  • Running other necessary errands
  • Management of kitchen and bathroom tidiness, ensuring they are fully stocked and purchasing products when necessary.
  • Keeping work areas organised and tidy

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • GCSE grade B Mathematics and English

Minimum Additional Training:

  • To undertake NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration and attend college as required (normally 0.5 to 1 day per week).
