Bostonair GmbH is looking for Aircraft Mechanics (Manufacturing Technology) for a 4 month contract – with possible extension.

• This position is based in Wessling, Germany
• To start mid/end of November
• 4 months with possible extension
• 40 hours per week
• Mon-Fri, Saturday shifts as needed
• Accommodation paid
• Monthly public transportation ticket
• Flights to/from assignment paid

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have the right to work in Germany
• Candidates MUST hold a current ZUP (German Security Clearance)
• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic – specialising in production engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction
• Desirable experience on the Do 328 aircraft
• Knowledge of English

Tasks:

• Carrying out jig-related activities
• Carrying out fitting work in accordance with construction documents
• Manufacture of individual metal parts
• Subassembly assembly
• Repair of control surfaces, corrosion
• General structural work on metal and fibre composite components
• Carrying out repair work
• Participation in maintenance and refurbishment measures
• Conversion of jet support structure in prop. Support structure / air research project for hybrid propulsion system
• Processing of work orders, job cards, job orders
