We are currently looking for a Buyer, specialising in Engineering Purchasing for a permanent role at Heathrow Airport

This role is based at LHR for 3 days with 2 days from home (flexible). ASAP start.

• Full time permanent, Monday to Friday, 9-5
• Support Purchasing Manager and Senior Buyer/s in the procurement of aircraft spares and services in a highly regulated environment.
• Previous Aviation experience is preferred however other heavily regulated industry experience is welcomed
• 6 months maternity cover, possibility for extension/further opportunities
• Create or actively contribute to efficiencies that deliver quantifiable cost savings to the supply chain and support the management of approved vendors
• Detailed knowledge of IPC’s and relevant IT systems as well as a strong understanding of technical Regulations and documentation.
• Strong negotiator with track record of results
• Positions available with bias toward Cabin and/or airframe
