Maintenance Coordinator

Bostonair Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join the team at our line station based at Frankfurt Main airport.

The Role:

You will play an important part in supporting our busy FRA line station and will be responsible for:

·       Work pack preparation / checking / scanning / uploading / AMOS updating

·       Roster administration (operation/Customer specific)

·       AOG reporting/Customer communications (note this requirement may extend out of normal work hours)

·       COMAT control

·       Scan completed documents to Customers

·       Parts ordering/running

·       General Line Maintenance support and admin

·       Support Senior management with FRA Customer visits and associated logistics/travel plans

·       Supporting with Stock checks/Stock management

·       Other tasks as required

·       Staff Induction/Training (with support from Head Office)

Reports to:

·       FRA Station Manager/Ops Manager UK

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

·       Strong Abitur grades/High School diploma from a Technical School or Training Academy

Minimum Previous Experience:

·       Experience from within a Maintenance or Airline operation essential

Minimum Additional Training:

·       Ideally some knowledge/experience of using AMOS

·       HF/EWIS/FTS/Part 145/Part M essentials

·       ZUP required/FRAPORT driving permit

·       Full German Driving Licence
